purchases of new Nikon Total Stations and the Total Stations Packages. This
offer applies to purchases arranged through Pacific Survey Supply. Monthly
payments are submitted directly to Nikon, Inc. The monthly payment amounts
reflected in this folder do not include applicable sales tax. Nikon collects
sales tax in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, KY,
IN, LA, MA, MI, MD, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA.
